Ben is currently the only authorized signer
we have $200 in the account, no cash in hand
We do have quorum (three officers present)
We passed a motion unanimously to recommend voting:
NO on issue 1 - the bail issue.
NO on issue 2 - the local government elector issue
NO on issue 10 - the Sinclair Tax Levy issue
NO on any other tax issues, where applicable
YES on any liquor license issues, where applicable
Endorse no one running for office
Mike will put out a statement with the voting recommendations

Mike donated $20
Ben reported that we now had $160 in cash (including Mike's donation)
Mike brought mockups for business cards
J Anthony made a motion to order business cards
the motion passed unanimously
Mike brought a list of top issues from a question asked on a post on the Facebook page
Ben finished getting confirmed as the treasurer on the state BOE website
we have to wait for the county BOE to approve before we open a bank account
if we want a bank account at WPCU, they require:
EIN
a copy of our bylaws
designation of treasurer form
SSNs of each individual with access to the bank account
there was talk of different options (time & location) for the socials
Sunday afternoon (instead of Sunday evening)

Josh collected contact info (email & phone number) to ask for petitioning help
there was talk about adding a sidebar on the website linking to local, libertarian solutions

Best day to collect petitions is during elections

Best for quantity is at events - like festivals.
Have to turn in 60k signatures based on the Presidential Election
Meaning 100k-120k "raw" signatures
This might change based on the Governor race this November (3% of the turnout)
She also had "End Qualified Immunity" petitions
It's a petition to petition.

These petitions are due mid August

Voted on bylaw amended to add special committees
Joe proposed amending section 5 from “The following Special Committees shall be formed as provided below” to “The following Special Committees may be formed as provided below” (changing “shall” to “may”).
The Section 5 amendment was approved unanimously
The bylaw amendment was approved unanimously as amended.
June meeting is after both state and national conventions
June meeting is where officers will need to be (re)elected.
Ohio LPO convention is next weekend (April 29 – May 1)
