Communications Committee:
Only seven tickets have been claimed for No Other Land, none by the general public. Concern was expressed that the event will be poorly attended if promotion does not improve. A post on the Dayton subreddit received good engagement, and posts were also made to the Dayton Facebook group and several regional Libertarian groups, but these have not yet produced results.

Activities Committee:
Snacks and popcorn will be provided at the No Other Land screening.

New Business
Michael Lopez moved that the Libertarian Party of Montgomery County reimburse Ben Schultheis in the amount of $237.50 for the licensing fee paid to Kinema for the screening of No Other Land on behalf of the Party.
Seconded by Erin Umbaugh.

The Libertarian Party of Ohio is offering $100 to county affiliates to host a county holiday party in November or December. Erin Umbaugh will check available dates at Baum Opera House.

Communications Committee:
Data recovery efforts from a failed SSD have been abandoned. Website content is being reconstructed from the Wayback Machine. Most photos can be recovered from Facebook or Michael Lopez’s Google Photos, except those not taken by him or previously uploaded to Facebook.
Email service is functioning. The party’s primary address is montgomery@lpo.org, but the previous address (montgomerycounty@lpo.org) continues to forward messages successfully.

Activities Committee:
Possible screening of No Other Land in October discussed.
Committee also discussed organizing a park cleanup and BBQ event.
